Access Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub

To access the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub: 

1. You need to have an existing account for the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub

2. Go to: STRUCINSPECT - Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub  

3. Click on LOG IN at the top of the page.

4. Enter your e-mail address and password:

5. You will be directed to the STRUCINSPECT platform after a successful login, and you'll be ready to start

Admin console

In the Admin console, you can manage your organization's information and users. To access you need to log in into the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub and click on the icon on the bottom left.

In the organization overview, you can:

1. Edit your organization info (edit organization name, you can add a description, add logo)

2. Add additional seats

3. Request Informations and update your membership

Edit organisation information

If you would like to edit your organisation information, proceed as follow:

1. Click on "Edit general info“ in the admin console

2. An input window will appear, in that window you have the possibility of: 

• Edit the organization name 

• Add a description

• Add a logo

3. Click „Update“ to accept the changes

Invite people to your organization

To facilitate collaboration, you can easily invite other people to your organisation.

1. Click on "Users" in the admin console

2. Click on "Invite to organization"

3. An input window will appear, there you have to: 

• Enter the E-mail of the person you want to invite to your organization

• Choose between view-only or can edit permissions (remember that each option will enable different options on the platform for your guest)

6. Click on "Send invite".

Platform Invitations

To facilitate collaboration, you can easily invite other people to: 

• Your organization

• Specific assets

• Specific inspections

When you invite another person, you also have the option to select the level of action that your collaborator will have, you can choose between "can view" and "can edit" access rights.

Additionally, you  have the possibility to send unlimited "can view" invitations, even to people without a STRUCINSPECT membership.

In the other hand, "can edit" invitations allows people to actively perform tasks in the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub. Therefore, a membership is required, and you have to enter the e-mail associated with that person's STRUCINSPECT account, when sending the invitation. 

URL sharing

URL sharing is a link created in Strucinspect hub, with it you will have the possibility to share it with other collaborators and facilitate communication within the platform.
