Managing your Account

Can I use a collective account?

No, it is not possible to use a collective account. It is neccesary that each user have an own account. 

In the moment that you purchase a membership you will have the possibility to select the number of users with "editing rights". Only those can create new assets and perform inspections. 

However, as part of your membership, you can invite an unlimited number of view-only users.

Reset or change password

You need to reset your password in case of: 

  • forgot password

  • never created one

  • trouble logging in to your account

You have the possibilitty to change your password whenever you need it.

To reset or change your password:

  1. Go to the Reset password page

  2. Enter the e-mail address you use for STRUCINSPECT

  3. Click on RESET PASSWORD

  4. Finally, a link to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail

How can I delete my personal data?

If you want us to delete your personal information, please send an e-mail to: support@strucinspect.com

Change language settings

You can currently display the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub in four different languages:

  • English

  • German

  • Croatian

  • Norwegian

More languages will be updated in the future.

 To select a specific language:

  1. Click on your name in the top right.

  2. Click on "Language" in the drop-down menu.

  3. Select your preferred language.

Billing

Will I be invoiced today?

No, the first 30 days you have the possibility of a trial month, however, if at the end of the 30 days  the subscription has not been canceled you will get an invoice.

What is the duration of my subscription?

Currently, the type of subscriptions we offer are annual and each subscription is renewed every year.

Cancel subscription

You have the possibility to cancel your subscription at any time, just write us an e-mail at Support. However, we do not provide a refund and it will only take effect after the pre-paid period expires.

Upgrade account

Upgrade to digital services

If you have a membership, you can at any time request additional digital services such as AI-assisted damage detection, images to 3D model and 3D damage mapping to improve your workflows and precision. 

To upgrade your account, you can directly contact our sales team or you can do it directly in the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub, as follow:

  1. Go to the Admin console in the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub

  2. Click on "Request info"

  3. Fill out your request in the comment field

  4. Click "Request info"

  5. Our sales team will get in touch with you as soon as possible

Add users

You have the possibility to increase the number of users with "editing rights" at any time you need it. 

You can directly contact our sales team or you can do it directly in the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub as follow:

  1. Go to the Admin console in the Infrastructure Lifecycle Hub

  2. Click on "Add seats"

  3. Fill out your request in the comment field

  4. Click "Request info"

  5. Our sales team will get in touch with you as soon as possible

 

Troubleshooting

I am registered at STRUCINSPECT, why can't I log in?

If you are trying to access but you are having difficulties to log in, follow are some reasons:

  1. The password or username may be incorrect. 

  • Please note the capitalization of the username and password.

  • The lower case l (L) and the number 1 are often mixed up. It is best to copy and paste the password, and then change it.

  1. If you just registered, you will get a confirmation e-mail and you need to click on the link to confirm your e-mail address.

  • If you can not find your confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder.

  • If you don't find your confirmation e-mail in your spam folder, you can request it again by resetting your password.

  1. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here: reset password.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail

The most common reasons for e-mails not being delivered/received are:

  • Typing errors in the email address

  • The email has been categorized as spam or junk and is now in your spam folder

  • Your mailbox is full

If none of these reasons apply, please contact us and someone from our support team will help you.

I can't remember my login details

If you don't remember your password, you can just Reset your password.

If you don't remember your e-mail/username, you can go to  Reset your password  and try with different possible e-mail addresses you own. If you find the correct one, you'll get a message that the password reset e-mail was sent. 

I can't reset my password

If you can´t reset your password, first, you need to have access to the e-mail address linked to the STRUCINSPECT account to open the password reset link we email you. 

If you don't have access, here are some options: 

  • Regain access to the email address if possible

  • If you continue having problems, please contact us

No account associated with an e-mail address?

If you get the follow message while resetting your password "there’s no account with the e-mail you entered", try again with any other email addresses you have.

Didn’t get a reset e-mail?

Please check your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders.

If you don’t have access to your email address, see "Old e-mail address".

Invalid password reset link?

Reset your password again, but this time open the emailed link in a private or incognito browser.
